Meeting Opens
- Call to order, 6:39p – Angela
TOPIC 1: Annual Meeting Planning
- The board discussed the lack of nominations to the board and the ACC
- Nominees can speak at the annual meeting, and nominees can be nominated at the meeting
- Angela will send a link to the online ballot immediately following the meeting
- Voting will be open for one week
- The new Board and ACC will be announced Sunday February 28
- Angela will communicate the time commitment, which is 30-60 minutes per month for the board and ACC
TOPIC 1: Finance Update
- Brian provided an update on finances. We have received $1300 in 2021 dues so far.
