January 7th EPOA Board Meeting
- Call to order, 6:39p – Angela
TOPIC 1: Finance Update
- Brian provided an update on finances.
TOPIC 2: Feedback on Holiday Lighting Contest
- Lots of good feedback from across the community.
TOPIC 3: Annual Meeting Planning
- Annual Meeting is February 21st.
- Angela suggested having a Zoom meeting instead of an in-person meeting.
- Board agreed
- Angela will prepare the meeting and make the announcements.
- A call for nominations will go out via email before the meeting.
- During the meeting, additional nominations will be taken.
- Then the link to online voting will be sent to the community, and voting will be open for a week.
- Voting results will be released on February 28th.
