Meeting Opens

  • Call to order, 6:39p – Angela

TOPIC 1: Finance Update

  • Brian provided an update on finances.

TOPIC 2: Feedback on Holiday Lighting Contest

  • Lots of good feedback from across the community.

TOPIC 3: Annual Meeting Planning

  • Annual Meeting is February 21st.
  • Angela suggested having a Zoom meeting instead of an in-person meeting.
    • Board agreed
  • Angela will prepare the meeting and make the announcements.
    • A call for nominations will go out via email before the meeting.
    • During the meeting, additional nominations will be taken.
    • Then the link to online voting will be sent to the community, and voting will be open for a week.
    • Voting results will be released on February 28th.
