TOPIC 1: ACC Update
- This month’s ACC update was submitted from Brett via email.
- The board discussed the covenants and the current violations.
TOPIC 2: COVID19 Update
- The board discussed whether there are any families with young children who may need help during this time.
TOPIC 3: Historic Documents
- The board discussed a plan for distributing the historic plats to property owners. Board members will be assigned streets, and Angela will send a communication to property owners describing the pickup process.
- All scanned historic ACC documents will be uploaded to the EPOA Dropbox account.
