- Call to order, 6:05pm –
- Attendees: Chad Waldrop, Doug Falk, Marilyn Brennan, Katie Romano, Martha Prokop (ACC member). Absent: Brian Kirk
TOPIC 1: ACC Update
- Martha provided an update on the ACC violation letter sent in May:
- Some homeowners have been responsive
- Others have not
- ACC will send a second letter
- Violations include trailers stored in plain view, dead trees/limbs on properties, roof needing repair
- TOPIC 2: Finance Update
- Brian Kirk, our treasurer, was not available for this meeting
