about the evergreen Farms property owners association (EPOA)
Who we are, where we are, and what we are.
The Evergreen Farm Property Owners Association (EPOA) is the homeowners association of our community. Evergreen Farm is a 110 home community established in 1975 and located 65 miles west from our Nations Capital in beautiful Prince William County, Virginia. Nestled below Bull Run Mountain, the EPOA’s mission is to protect the heritage of this historic and growing community.
Our community surrounds Evergreen Country Club, one of the most scenic and beautiful in Northern Virginia. The rolling fairways, countless bunkers and many water holes guarantee an exciting round each week.
Our community is approximately three miles from historic downtown Haymarket, offering a variety of shopping, services, and community events. Gainesville, VA is a quick drive east and provides additional activities, shopping, and a multi-plex.
MEET YOUR 2024 Epoa board members
Nominated yearly, the EPOA Board Members support the ACC and manage the operations of the Evergreen Farms Community. This includes activities like membership dues collection, budget creation and management, website and neighborhood communications, community investment, and events.
I am Marilyn Brennan, and my husband Chris and I have been Evergreen residents for over 25 years. We love our neighborhood and the history that we share with many homeowners. I have been a full-time realtor for Long and Foster for 33 years, all in the Northern Virginia area and my hope is to continue to share the benefits of living in Evergreen to those I work with as they search for a place to call home. On a personal note, we have 2 children, Kelly who lives with her family in Charleston, SC and Colby who lives with his family in Asheville, NC. We are the proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren!
Doug Falk has been a resident of Evergreen Farms since 2013. He lives on Quarters Lane with his wife Holly and their two dogs. They also have a son Ethan, who is a junior at George Mason, and a daughter who is married and living in Phoenix. Doug works in IT for a company in Herndon.
I have lived on Woolman Drive since 2001. Moving to Evergreen Farms took less than three months from the beautiful, sunny day in October 2000 when I turned onto Berkeley Drive for the first time in my life. I was shocked at the stunning neighborhood hidden amongst the craziness of NoVA. I have two boys that have known Evergreen their entire lives.
I have been a member of Evergreen CC since 2001 and served as the Treasurer for the ECC Board of Directors for several years.
I have been a member of the EPOA Board for several years, participating in the role of Treasurer. I continue to be impressed with the passion Evergreen Farm homeowners have for this special neighborhood.
Chad Waldrop and his family have been residents of Evergreen, living on Delashmutt Dr, since falling in love with our unique community in 2018. The family includes his wife, Elisabeth, young kids Avery, Luke, and Sophia, and dog Bailey Mae. Elisabeth and Chad both work from home in software sales and consulting. In their spare time, the family enjoys tennis, golf, antiquing, endless home projects, great food, and are self-proclaimed wine snobs.
