Meeting Opens
- Call to order, 6:35pm –
- Attendees: Chad Waldrop, Doug Falk, Marilyn Brennan, , Martha Prokop (ACC Member)
- Absent: Katie Romano, Brian Kirk
TOPIC 1: General Update
- The potential September event was shelved due to schedule conflicts
TOPIC 2: ACC Update
- The PWCSA “triangle” on Berkeley Drive was cleaned up. The results were good
- A property on Hunton was cleared on downed wood
- A political sign on Hunton was removed
- Verizon caused some damage to a driveway
- A visible trailer will be removed by mid-September
- The homeowner of a roof in violation is working with a contractor to fix
- An unapproved exterior house change is being addressed by the ACC
- The board acknowledged that the ACC is doing a great job!
- TOPIC 3: Finance Update
- Brian Kirk (treasurer) was not available to provide a finance update.
